STABLING & CAMPING
The gates to AELEC will be opened on Thursday, 17 October 2024 at 8.00 am for campers, horses, and competitors. Day competitors must park in the day car park (western side of Main Stadium). For all group bookings please contact AELEC direct for stabling.
● Venue to be vacated by 10am Tuesday, 22nd October 2024.
● Stabling and camping to be booked through NOMINATE.
● AELEC reserves the right to change your stable/camping booking at all times. You will be notified of any changes by the AELEC office.
● Camping Fees: per camp site, per night (187 powered sites). No electric fences.
● Stabling Fees: per stable (2 nights min) per night thereafter
● Cleaning Bond: per stable – fully refundable if stables are completely stripped of all bedding prior to departure.
● Float Parking only: per night – in the paddock area, behind the truck wash. This is for competitors who are staying offsite but would like their float closer than the free day parking area.
